Murfatlar & Clos des Colombes Vineyards
DAY 1
Departure from Bucharest in the morning. Transfer to Murfatlar (2 ½ hrs). Wine tasting program and visit to the Murfatlar vineyard.
At noon, wine tasting and lunch at the Clos des Colombes vineyard. You will taste different dry and semi-dry wines.
Transfer to Tulcea city, the gate to the Danube Delta. Lodging at Hotel Esplanada in Tulcea.
Macin & Garboiu Vineyards
DAY 2
Breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant in Tulcea. Transfer to Macin vineyard for wine tasting.
Drive to Dragosloveni Winery for an afternoon wine tasting.
In the evening, transfer to Focsani city. Accommodation in Hotel Fashion Center.
Odobesti Vineyard & Iasi
DAY 3
Breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant in Focsani.
Wine tasting at Odobesti vineyard. Transfer to Iasi.
Overnight in hotel Traian Iasi, designed by the famous French architect Gustave Eiffel.
Cotnari & Gramma Vineyards
DAY 4
In the morning, after breakfast, drive to Gramma vineyard for the first wine tasting of the day.
In the afternoon, drive to Cotnari vineyard.
Transfer to Piatra Neamt. Lodging at Hotel Central Plaza in Piatra Neamt .
Lilac Vineyard & Sighisoara
DAY 5
Breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant in Piatra Neamt. Wine tasting at Liliac Winery. Transfer to Sighisoara.
Spend in the evening time for exploring the beautiful mediaeval old city center of Sighisoara.
Walking tour through the narrow streets of the Upper Town, admiring the Clock Tower, the Covered Stairs and the house where Vlad the Impaler was born. Accommodation Hotel Korona in Sighisoara.
Rheinwein Azuga & Brasov
DAY 6
Brasov and explore the splendid old city center, with the Counselors’ Square, the Black Church and Museum of the First Printing in Schei neighborhood.
Continue to Bran and visit the famous Bran Castle, often associated by the tourists with Count Dracula’s fictional character. Built in 1377 by the Teutonic Knights, this romantic place reveals the majestic times of Middle Ages to its visitors.
Late in the afternoon, drive for wine tasting and, optional, dinner at Rheinwein Azuga. Drive to Sinaia in the evening. Accommodation at hotel Palace Sinaia.
